As per Sunday Leader 30/11/2008 All efforts by GOSL embassies in Italy and France to get an appointment for Mahinda with Iatalian and French presidents failed, they all know meeting a president responsible for lankan war crimes on Tamils may result in hurting world Tamils (now a major force) in EU countries. Hence Mahinda as advised by wife Shiranthi Rajapakshe (who is a roman catholic) has gone to meet pope and confess for all war crimes on lankan tamils for which he was and he is 100% responsible....a big paw aney
