I didn't bring up mahavansa in, you did...
there are many other sources to history apart from mahawansa.
Just one point though about mahawansa, without it, India may have not been able to establish its own history! |

their language, culture, religion are totally different from people from other regions and there is genocidal progrom by sinhalases of other regions on tamil. going separate is justifiable. |

no, I just mentioned how the mahawansa was written down over the millennia... As long as there are Sinhalese left in Sri Lanka, it will continue to tell the story of sinhalese... |

I do not see a single tamil leader trying to inform (educate) the sinhalese about tamils grievences in Lanka.
What sinhales think that tamils are bunch of people who came to Sri Lanka by boat and trying to devide the country who enjoy equal rights as sinhales.

Since the numerically superior Singhala Buddhist majority is guilty in the eyes of the bloodthirsty Elam terrorists and have been so for centuries, there is nothing in real terms they could do to prove their innocence.
That is even if the numerically superior Singhala Buddhist majority decided to settle for the ethnic minority rule.
