Obama was upset with Singh for jailing Vaiko that he did not even made a phone call to Singh after getting elected president. Now, Obama is briefed by CIA about the whole South Indian politics. Vaiko will update Obama on Tamil Eelam issue as well.
The end result will be Obama Declaration that calles for both India and Sri Lanka to allow freedom for its minorities. Obama will declare that the root cause for terror in South Asia is the India occupying Kashmeer and Sri Lanka occupying Tamil Eelam! Once these occupations end, the peace will dawn in South Asia.
That will be new Obama Declaration for South Asia! |

Give 5-10 years after wiping out tamil terrorism, no body's going to talk about fedaral anymore.
10 more years? Ane...MR and Co said within this year. Anyway, 50,000 jobs soon to be created. But, no insurence for broiler chickens during the first 6 months as Mangala said.

that is why tamil people want tamileelam as separate state. we know sinhalese dont have any acceptable solution to offer.
we cant lay down arms for promise of rice from moon
Give the solution to Tamil people. Peace, Prosperity equality.
Give nothing to Tamil politicians.

what happened. why was not implemented. why did CBK cut down the powers in the political packager as time gone.it was reduced to nothing when it is presented in parliament
ask your sonny dude... what happened was she lost an eye, lost her credibility and monga landed in the garbage bin of history.
Mate, why complicate things, very simple, Tamil Nadu is where the largest group of Tamils live (and lived for thousands of years), that's their homeland. Sri Lanka, majority (80%) sinhalese, it's there home land. Simple eh?
Now, if you have reasonable problems living in Sri Lanka among Sinhalese, work that out with local authorities. Like the black fellas did in USA. Not through violence but through dialogue. Remember, Tamils were never slaves in Sri Lanka (compare that to afros).
Then again, there's a limit to what a country can afford, and especially for a minority. So obviously any undue demands would not be forthcoming.
