when tamil civilians are deliberatelt targeted like navali church attack tigers may have attacked sinhala civilians as retaliation.
so find a political solution to stop this vicious circle. share the power with tamil. offer the federal solution. change the constitution from unitary to federal states

what happened. why was not implemented. why did CBK cut down the powers in the political packager as time gone.it was reduced to nothing when it is presented in parliament |
