GOSL Treasury has sent recently a circular to all ministry heads and provincial council chief ministers that No new development projects or rehabilitation projects until further notice....that means Mahinda's gang will not be able to loot any more money as every project implemented 100% of the value of the project goes as bribes and commission mahinda gang members....great job JHU, JVP & JNP your consultancy and advise to Mahinda has lead the country to this state
