The president and FM say India is their true friend to impress that India continue to train the army, ploce and rador operators in addition to operating the radors by Indian technicians. SL also want the ban on LTTE continue.
Prabakaran also want to be friendly with India hoping she will lift the ban or the least let the LTTE smuggle food, medicine and arms from TN.
India has her worries that Pakistan allows and trains the terrorists launch terrorist attack on her soil. Pakistan supplies weapons to the terrorists and Sri Lanka to kill civilians.
