Sri lankans have payed enough to past Terror activities and communal riots by all means.
83 riots not stated from south...it came from Tamil insurgency...and up to, today.
if Tamil people fail to learn that they are living as Sri lankans..then they will have to return to their homeland or join LTTE to separate the island.

Srilanka is not yet signalised properly.

It is very difficult for an average Sri Lankan to find his way.

Human Rights Situation Deteriorating in the East
Armed Faction Is Killing, Kidnapping Civilians
November 24, 2008
The Sri Lankan government says that the liberated East is an example of democracy in action and a model for areas recaptured from the LTTE. But killings and abductions are rife, and there is total impunity for horrific abuses.
