Unlike you, I know that TN can force central governemnt to take some actions. But Indian hands are tied not to force GOSL to cease ongoing military ops.
You guys did it in 87, but that's 20 years ago.
Indian foreign ministry officialy says they won't intervene in Sri lanka's military ops. But you guys can send food, through GOSL of course:)))))
BTW, hitting SLA with masala and thosa will not HURT them:)))))
