Pawan,
That is a Casio Pathfinder watch ?? It does not find fish mate.. it records the times you found fish by location so that you can come back to fish at the same spot later under the same conditions..(moon phase etc etc..)
Key ingredient in fishing is patience and knowledge of the area and types of fish.. Little bit of Luck is always good too :)

Of course there will be stories like this but the real issue is the forces are moving ahead and keeping the pressure on enemy FDL's.
There will be collateral damages as the forces try to stifle the enemy.
