Not possible his role is to promote the so called pros...business in SL as agent and entitled to peanut commission and MR/Basil with Tourism Minister will not allow others to swindle the money. This is government order, you don't know my friend.
But it is so difficult to find good help these days, especially in SL.

WRH, about the civilians who has ended up in Mullativ jungle who lived in Mannar earlier. Why the most ruthless terrorist organisation in the world do not allow them to leave the battlefield. They are fighting for the betterment of those ppl isn't it.
The only reason they are there is because they know misery and death awaits them if the go to Sinhala areas. They are a lot safer under LTTE control. Like you didn't know.
