	Most of the civilians are dead due to SLAF bombs rather than anything else. You tell me how the hell ppl who lived in Mannar now in Mulativ jungle......bcs they love it. As your name says you would figure out the logic behind this I suppose.

	WHP First of all are you sure LTTE did it in the south? Yep Even if they did , they do not bomb the south everyday. Err... they cant even pass gas in the south anymore... I do not think the account is settled. If you say so... plenty of 2000lbs left...
