the telepad ravanna used on the top of sigiriya still remind them the dandu monara yanthram aircraft that ravana used to snatch sitha away
sigiriya was then used by ravanna as one of his residence and was made to look like heaven and he had the knowhow to nuetralise the gravity force which he used to operate the aircraft and also to build sigiriya
this same fortress was used by king kassyapa at a later date after it was used by arhaths budhists monks as a temple.Prince mugala kassyapa's brother defeated kasyapa and handed over the fortress to the buddhist monks to be used for their temple....continues till yesterdays pooneryn victory and tommorrows velus funeral
