| It appears that the author of this special Situation Report from TamilNet is almost pleading with the Tamil Nadu politicians to act against what the Indian policy makers in New Delhi construe as the strategic interests of the State. It is wishful thinking. CM Karuanidhi is grooming his son to be a CM himself one day. The members of his party are Union Ministers in the Cabinet by the virtue of his party s participation in the Central Government, he in fact is a representative of the Central Government in Tamil Nadu. Why would any politician, especially in the likes of Karunanidhi, would act against his own interests? Let alone the interests of his state? What is in it for India? Can Prabakaran offer full unhindered access to the territorial waters of the northeastern parts of Sri Lanka? India already has much of that access, thanks to the leadership provided by the current and past Sri Lankan leaders. From their lease on the oil storage tanks in Trincomalee to rights to explore for oil in the Mannar basin (and fish as well), what else could India ask for? Sri Lanka is now even home to the illustrious leather industries from India. Can t the Tamilnet authors see the hand played by Tamil Nadu politicians over the years to achieve these strategic goals for India? May be, the TamilNet s Special Correspondent should read my writings and get a dose of reality. Even the Diaspora Tamils wouldn t expect anything else. |

| Its truly a tragedy when masses of people can be brainwashed so easily inspite of mounting evidence to the contrary. I guess that is what you expect from an uneducated community that has long depended on standadised education. Its a shame you sinhalese buggers can't even compete faily on education, how can us tamils depend on you to be fair on our future. Thats why the ltte is such a nuencence for you today. Someone mentioned blacks went all the way to the whitehouse without violence. Maybe this person should read black history and its violent past. But the beauty is that the white man was capable of seing the folly of his ways. South Africa is another example. Unfortunately moda sinhalayas are too incapable due to their paranoia and maybe too sub-human to learn from their past mistakes. Maybe they should just drink kasippu and continue on their insestuous habits, like sinhabahu did. I guess you still believe that Kuveni slept with a lion don't you? Pathetic excuse for humanity! |
