but you can't beat the drive through the rockies to vancouver....that should be on everyone's bucket list!!

It is on mine.

Have you guys driven Kurunegala - Matale through Dodangaslanda ? that's one heck of a nice drive. Those days there was not too much traffic and the road surface was real nice. I liked it better than ella -wellawaya trip.

Funny thing is that guy 'Vije' has started a hunger strike for a week,.. and he has abandoned it in 8 hours.....


That because he has to surrender his wife. Otherwise his marriage will be in trouble.
His wife is Jafna Tamil who lives in UK.

I can't remember the kurunegala-matale road but i must have been on it because i have been to raththota (sp?) a ouple of times....but the ella-wellawaya as well as the ramboda pass area were my favorites

You might get better mileage around 80kmph


Ha...ha...

My Push bike also can achieve this speed when going down the slopes without brakes.

Raththota is on the Matale-Dambulla rd. If you came from Colombo, you most likely came trough Kandy.
