	Hello! CBSL & Mr. Cabral Use this funds for the development of North after the war is over soon. Please don't give it to Nation Building ministers for their rent and vehicles. We Sri Lankan are not robbers. We don't want fund Collected (even by force) to help Tamils in Sri Lanka by Tamils who are enjoying good life abroad.
