TRO funds forfeited to the State
A sum of approximately Rs.71 Million which was lying to the credit of the Tamil Rehabilitation Organization (TRO) at the time the funds of the TRO were frozen, have now been forfeited to the State, the Central Bank said today

70 million wont even scratch the paint dude... there are so many other 'potential' windfalls in the offing...

There is a talk of acquiring all diaspora funded apartments in Colombo at below market levels after some 'persuasion' and selling to the highest bidder.
