If my money gets taken away - it is cost or investment. For you it would be a loss if your money were taken away. THAT is how Natural Justice works.

When aravinda de silva and ranjan madugalle did ilegal transactions to an HK bank to avoid been taxed for their property(water edge) they bought , will they get arrested or charged for cheating ??
Sri lankan laws will apply only for tamils who are supporting tamils or a tamil who want to live with equal rights. |

Having links is not the problem, provoding money for arms is the problem here!! In one stage there was a finding by the FBI, that a leader of the ltte has ordered TRO to release a huge some of money!!and TRO has just obliged and not iformed the CB..

Where majority in a country smoke pot - that is majority power and any law against if applied would be unjst as per Natural Justice.

Yes they were not born there but lived there. They were born in Burma. My great grandfather migrated to Burma from Jaffna under the Blessings of Kadayit Swami - Yoga Swami's guru Chellapa Swami's guru. I pray to all three of them and also to my great grandfather A.M. Pillai when I want to succeed in business. My great built a business empire in Burma and is respected and honoured even today.
In Sri Lanka the people who migrated from Madras,long ago, took the stand that they don't belong to Jaffna tamils and made themselves to know as 'Colombo Chetty'....but speaks Tamil!
as well as Estate Tamils who were not as economically successful as the Colombo Chettys. They speak Tamil and practice Hinduism because they came from TN - as we all did one time or the other. Some parts of Tamil culture is more similar to Kerala culture than TN - indicating that there was a mix. Hence we speak different dilect to the Tamils of TN - like in HK
Why!, if you don't knwo it's O.K!
This is from my general knowledge by living in that community. I may not be accurate except for my own family details.
