I do believe TRO have links with tigers..
Having links is not the problem, provoding money for arms is the problem here!! In one stage there was a finding by the FBI, that a leader of the ltte has ordered TRO to release a huge some of money!!and TRO has just obliged and not iformed the CB..
When dealing with large sums of money there is a procedure to follow and the TRO has bypassed this too. Why!
But they have done a lot of work.
May be, again it is not the cause! Let me bring it like this way!
A GOOD school teacher, very good in teaching and very popular among the students for his/her way explaining the subject (say a particular subject) and this school teacher gets caughts encouraging his/her students have a 'pot' I mean marijuana..So what happens to all her good, goes right through the drain!!It's like that
But still TRO is function and been funded.
I think under the watchful eys of the respected gov's.
