Police to strip sri lanka porn stars

After President Mahinda Rajapaksa said action would be taken to filter the accessing of pornographic content on the internet, Police Women s and Children s Bureau began a special programme to trace local porn stars and take legal action against them.
The Bureau had detected 21 locally made phonographic
films exhibited on the internet so far and is identifying the actors and actresses featured in them.
The Bureau OIC Buddika Balachandra said voluntarily or involuntarily appearance in these obscene pictures and films should be brought to an end.
He said most of the locally made pornographic movies featured individuals who took part in them voluntarily whilst there have been instances of some being filmed obtrusively using mobile phones unknown to the participants .
Mr. Balachandra said the Bureau first targeted commercial hoardings in the city depicting semi-nude females, mostly from the garments industry and removed them.
Next we targeted obscene newspaper advertisements and pictures and advised the editors about them. It turned out to be a success. But we have a problem with the electronic media which still continues to run such contents because the laws are not strong enough to tackle them, he added.

But he does not strip all his own Ministers and gooiness from their post when they cause much more damage to culture and society

Something like,
Malini Maaragala
Kamal Kelinkaduwa
and diversity should be encouraged with people like
Pragashan Periyalingam
