you know that is not true....the country needs to erradicate a terrorist organization that is banned in over 30 countries

That's because President Bush administration lost the balance after 9/11 and used the slogon 'war on terror' for which he had been punished by his own people who elected him.

LTTE used terrorism, yes, involved in the killings of the leaders like Rajiv Gandhi, but bombing civilians and chasing them into rain is appalling and cruel.

First this is an ethnic problem that was started in 1956 by Sinhala Only Act. Confusing it with LTTE's terrorism helps extremists like JHU, JVP and SLFP carry out their agenda of annihilating minorities one after another. That is unacceptable and will have to change, sooner the better. Brack Obama will see to it that Hamas and LTTE are no longer tagged with 'terrorist' labels. They use terrorism like ANC, PLO and IRA.

Buoyed by the victory at Pooneryn, the army yesterday pushed forward towards Elephant-Pass from the Forward Defence Line (FDL) at Muhamalai in the Jaffna Peninsula amidst heavy Tiger resistance, defence sources said. The Army 53 Division commanded by Brigadier Kamal Gunaratne made initial advances from its FDL in Muhamalai, according to army sources.

Ohh!! Thanks Toyota! I thought it was my work... like I thought my work had blocked cricinfo(they did that once, but it was then put into the allowed websites due to popular demand!)

But it's good that you are having problems also... it means that it's not just me! :)

I did manage to find a work around and get into the Ind. v eng. scorecard page, but it appears the time is wrong on it... something doesn't feel right with cricinfo.

you never know with these slf guys....everyone was anticipating that they were going to killi and there were sdome good people counting the kms...and getting really worried when they thought progress was slow....only thing is that slf had a different target...who would have thunk that??...you know we used to say Galle looking,Jaffna going....that's what the slf did...so who knows where next, man. Let the experts here fight over it....as for me i'll leave the strategy and tactics to the slf....they have done a lot in the last few months....way more than old velu anticipated
