Gota Adviced red cross to tell LTTE to move its Omanthei Checkpoint to move 40KM North east Oddusuddan immediately. 	Gota Adviced red cross to tell LTTE to move its Omanthei Checkpoint to move 40KM North east Oddusuddan immediately. I think by November 26th, there won't be a need for check point. Everything along the A - 9 will fall up to EP.
