With respect to Buddhist Conversion, there is a need for that. I am not talking about forceful conversion or cheating to convert.
Remember when Buddha was living, HInduism was very hostile and there were many competing religions. Even without the FORCEFUL CONVERSION BUDDHA converted most of India to Buddhism.
But this is a multi-ethnic political/news forum compromising people of many religions, not the right place to propagate anyones religion. It should be fine to talk about it in someones space but that's about it.

there MIGHT be a ROLE from Berty as Berty was against him always, particularly Sinhala, SLA supporting user-IDs.
But I can't accept your version above b'cos the other day most of the memebers (leave out our tamil friends here), irrespective of their seniority, started attacking mahawansaya for his highly controvosial comments until he left the Forum..
Sorry!! Let me make things clear to you! To be very honest with you, I too attacked him later. In the initial stages he was teaching something abt the Mahawansaya, and frankly I liked it..but to time went ON..'coming colour was not GOOD'

Who killed Ragu? Karuna's men, LTTE cadre or Military Intelligence?
RAGU, did not have one specific political view. He was a confused case.
He was LTTE, not-LTTE, TMVP, he wanted a luxury life in Australia and finally he was RAW.
That kind of person is a threat to everybody particularly when people with extremely different views or enemies are fighting against each other.
So, his demise brought some STABILITY.
