you raise some interesting questions but lets not fall into the trap of over-analysing and and coming to conclusions based on unsupported conjecture.....every one is talking about the impending bankcruptcy of sl and they forget that new york city has been on the edge a number of times. in fact, as we speak, the us is on the verge of bankcruptcy and they have to spend money that they do not have to bail out their companies, financial institutions etc.....the world survived the great depression of the dirty thirties and this is not as bad...... so if people like Chenna are thinking that sl is going to fold, they have another think coming.
the fundamental problem is that there is a terrorist organization (as defined by the IC, not me) tearing the fabric of the country and they have to be neutralize...regardless of cost. sl has finally a president and army commander capable of doing so and that is exactly what they are doing.....once velu and his criminal band of zhttp is history, then the country can move forward to economic prosperity and negotiated settlements, etc. if india does not help sl can always go to china who would dearly love to have a foothold in se asia....all they have to do is cash in one or two of the notes payable they hold from the us! and sl will have more than enough money to ride out the storm...the psychopath must go be dealt with before anyone can get to first base...and the longer the diaspora and chipmunks like Chennai keep supporting velu, the longer they postpone the inevitable at the cost of tamil lives.... |

While the imagery does not confirm the airstrips are in use
that was in 2007....this is almost the end of 2008...and if those air strip are of any threat, slaf have the means to take them out....if you don't believe that then you are drinking your own bath water!! |

No country in the world can afford to ignore a band of terrorists that want to destablise it...sl was stupid enough to ignore it for these many years...thanks to that brilliant strategist velu, we now have a president and army commander that are more than motivated (regardless of how) to cut out the cancer that has ruined the country...it is not too late for sl but it is too late for velu and his gang of criminals....once they are gone, then there is an opportunity to progress...as long as he is there, there will be only death and destruction, mainly for the tamils who are forced to support him by joining the zhttp....what a psychopath!
