How many industries work at night ??
I think you should read the 10 hour power cut as 'production reduced'.
Basically its what happens in almost every countries (who not sell their electricity at night) !
But at night the production is systematically reduced !! But modayas cant understand why unless they develop a proper LOGICAL and DEDUCTIVE thinking. |

Yes I agree there was a power cut last month due to technical difficulties in maintaining a major power plant, engineers from Japan came here and resolved it.
