Hello guys!
Been some time since I came to LNP.
Read something today that made me start laughing.
2 months ago the SLA said they were 15km away from Killinochi
Now they are 16km away and say they are closer to Killinochi
Can someone explain this to me?

i was wrong -it has 3 meanings.
obstinate,flirt,big (in a pot bellied sort of way)
Mootan=imbecile ( which the the Tnadu idiots who support LTTE are!)
Give a sinhala twist to mokkan=like lokka
mokka mootan= pot bellied obstinate 'sevala & ponsy' imbecile!
