Imagine 50,000 businesses in Sri Lanka, it will be utopia where honey and milk flow in Mahawali Ganga.
The war is because the singhalese people have nothing to wake up to, there is nothing to lose except their life.
I hope you get the point now. I will never go to war because I have too much to lose.
We would have made sri Lanka into Singapore but you guys want to make it into Somalia. Good luck.

Don't know who you been talking to, but most of us wake up to hope every morning. Most of us have jobs that pays and we have family here and friends. And most of all, we have a country to call our own. Perhaps it may not be as swanky as your S500, but having a country sure does beat having a S500, what do you say? |

What do you say to it? We are humans too. we have our desires, family ,land and vocation. You cannot deny them to us. India's historical enemies are friends in the case of war against the Tamils in sl..if you look at what is happening in sl regarding the war..all those enemies of India are helping srilanka along with India. it is not because they love the sinhalas but they are there to take the opportunity to set foot in sl to destabilize India when the time is ripe.
-sinhalas do not trust Delhi.
-Delhi do not trust the sinhalas
-Tamils do not trust the sinhalas or Delhi.
-Delhi refuse eelam.
-Colombo wants unitary, refuse devolution.
-neither Colombo nor ltte can win the war over the other.
-Colombo sets Delhi Vs china Vs USA Vs Pakistan.
-Delhi loves to have the control over the whole island.
-ltte is blamed for RG's assassination and in this was banned in India.
when you consider all these points ,one can come to a conclusion that is...
eelam or no eelam, devolution of power or not, ltte or no ltte, the sinhalas will never trust Delhi and vise versa because india's enemies will always be there to buttress colombo. if the ltte disappears tomorrow or put their arms down, the same strategic interests of USA, china and Pakistan will still persist besides the point that what will be the plight of the Tamils in the island if the ltte is out of the picture.
so what is the best options out of all the worst kind??
a devil border in and around the island with a Trojan horse system within the island, that is an independent Tamil state or a con federal set up.
India will never survive as a union, if there is no Tamils left in the island specially in the north and east!
if india force the gosl to agree for a confederal.........guess the rest!
