You can try the CSC- ( CEylon Sports Club) They have a Sri Lankan chef and some day's they are having those hoppers and some other sri lankan dishes. Try Norris road at Serangoon. The name is Colombo 459. The last is Sumana akkage bath kade at Tekka market....
