I have thought about leaving too or taking a break..The sinhalese friend who introduced this forum to me is really shouting at me to come out of it..I am trying and I thought the first step is to reduce it..
Well like any addiction - you can either go cold turkey or just gradually cut down or take a break. This place just brings the worst out in everyone.

Well, I very much doubt it brings out the best in anyone. In real life though - lock someone like AnuD and Eelamaya in a room together - chances are when you come back the next day, you will probably find life long buddies and not two dead bodies.
Someone like Thivya, not your run of the mill fool but actually quite bright despite her racist politics and strong views, probably realised this and got out. Most who are not strong - remain prisoners however.
