How many inches away are to Killi?
Don't know for sure, but its slightly less than the current length and breadth of Peelam.

An illegal stock of cigarettes was seized by the Excise Department today at Armour Street, Colombo 13. The contraband valued at Rs. 1 million had been imported from India hidden among textiles. Not big at all. That's why the army is just sitting at the outskirts, going, Do we capture?, do we not? Do we capture? Do we not?

Afterall, its just another toilet (according to Eelamaya)
