Are you saying the damage or deaths caused by suicide bombing is worse than by aerial bombing?
If you make the aircrafts available to PLO or LTTE and if they still use suicide bombing you my have a point.
But the victims do not feel or differenciate how, if by aerial or suicide, bombs that they were killed.
