SLA photographs residents in Trincomalee suburb

Residents of Orr's Hill, a suburb of Trincomalee city with predominantly Tamils, are being photographed by the Sri Lanka Army (SLA). Members of each family are being photographed as a group to ensure that no strangers live with them, SLA officials said. Trincomalee Brigade headquarters of the SLA is located at the tail end of Orr's Hill facing Trincomalee Harbour.
The SLA and police conduct frequent cordon and search operations in Orr's Hill area where several provincial ministers of the Eastern Provincial Council are also residing in government quarters.
Residents have been warned by Sri Lankan forces not to entertain outsiders or strangers in their houses. |

Now it is not going to work any more. Tamil population is decreasing drastically. Eg, imagine how much you would buy if you were in SL unless The LTTE paid for you to embark to look for money to strength its armor.
