According to Ponneseke Tamils are not Sri Lankan therefore this applies bto Sinhalese only!

He he he..apinodanna hangover kiwwalu. Without some proper bashing its hard to get warmed up in the morning..Haven't got into the stride properly yet.

That's why the number is 25%. Otherwise it would be 57%.
