I don't if this is the same bridge but the bridge near bentota watersports centers were in pretty bad shape for a few years now and a new bridge is under construction
the old bridge looks pretty old...probably few decades old at least |

Dear Shanta,
While the leaders play political games to stay in power Poor masses of all ethnic groups suffer. Racial harmony is the Only answer to stop this war.
In a ideal world it is possible, but in a country that has deep entrenched hate and distrust between the races, a Realistic approach is required.
Everyone wishes racial harmony, trust me, the SLA soldier or the LTTE soldier fighting prefer that. But the unrealistic solution suggested by GOSL is what the root cause of problem.
