Send relief materials to Lankan Tamils: Jaya to Centre
Chennai, Oct 9 (PTI) AIADMK leader Jayalalithaa today said India should send relief materials to the 'suffering' Sri Lankan Tamils caught in the ongoing military offensive in the north of the island nation.
Criticising Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi's call to the people of the state to send telegrams to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh asking him to step up efforts to find a solution to the ethnic strife in Sri Lanka, she said such moves would be of no help.
She called for concrete action from Karunanidhi such as asking the Prime Minister to tell his Sri Lankan counterpart to stop the 'killing of innocent Tamils'.
Referring to the summoning of Sri Lankan Deputy High Commissioner to New Delhi by the National Security Advisor M K Narayanan, she said 'Sending telegrams or reprimanding a low-level official is of no use to these suffering people... I demand that the Government of India mobilise the necessary relief materials for the Sri Lankan Tamil people suffering without food, clothing, shelter or medicines.' Elaborating her party's stand on the Sri Lankan Tamils issue, she said AIADMK was opposed to armed struggle by the militant groups and favoured an autonomous 'homeland' for the Tamils under the federal set up of the neighbouring country.
She, however, said her party recognised their 'just' struggle for self-determination and equality with their 'Sinhala brethren.' 'We are opposed to an armed struggle, which has lost its way, resulting in killing of thousands of innocent people on both sides.. We are distressed that a former Indian Prime Minister (Rajiv Gandhi) was brutally assassinated on Tamil soil as a fallout of this armed struggle,' she said in an apparent reference to the LTTE. PTI

Thamil Nadu Govt calls all party to a Conference on 14-10-2008. it's held at ThamilNadu CM place.
They are going to pressure to Central Govt to stop the all connections with Beggar's Get lost lost Lanka. when its done, then no any emergency help to SLA Thugs when they in too risk, like 1999-2000.
US also now busy with their Election works, so they also not going to give up a hand to SLA Thugs.
Other countries never going to involve with in Military help to SLA Thugs.
Thamils are now taking more actions across the world and showing all crimes which being done by GOSL against Thamils, show it will make a change world wide.
Finally,
Before end of this year... Our Fighters,The Tigers, will give a farewell to all Thugs, who are now in Thamil's Land.

what about without doing all that for the POLICE to do their Job..
The UNP is saying the police are not doing their job. So I wrote down the procedure they can take. Hence your question makes no point cos my post was to do with the wrong approach of the UNP.
in the past the suicide bomber is identified at once with a ID card..do we have an identification this time..if so shed some light plz
The ID will come out for sure. UNP cant wait though. They want their conclusion to come out. So they can take the way Isuggested if they are so unhappy about the investigation.
why don't you follow the same procedure in the past..cos Police do their job right? why now you want it differently.
How do you know the same procedure is not followed?
