Yes, but if the 'much anticipated' u-turn does not happen, will you admit that you guys were taken for a ride by the LTTE? Or are you waiting for Kili to be liberated and then the LTTE to control no land, and then in 100 years time, a magical U-turn will occur, and you are jsut waiting for that moment? |

I agree that there is no fun in harassment. However, the harassment and intimidation is what gave rise to this insurgency. I am Tamil living in NZ and whilst in Colombo and when in jaffna I have gone through enough. All my friends are Sinhalese both in SL and in NZ. But, there is always an underlying mistrust.
It pains me when they say things like we should liberate Wanni. Yes, but can they do it without killing and starving the public. As a Tamil I dont think so and it hurts me. |
