The UNP says it has information that indicates that the suicide bomber that killed Maj. Gen. Janaka Perera had arrived for his mission in a white-coloured van.

Kashyapa name origins

From the Nilamata Purana:

Prajapati is called Ka, and Kasyapa is also Prajapati. Built by him this country will be called Kas'mira.

Kashmir is so-called because it was originally named after Kashyapa - Kashyapa-mira (Kashyapa's Lake).

King Buddhadasa was a physician, surgeon, veterinary specialist all rolled in to one. He ruled Sri Lanka from 340-368 AD. He was the 57th ruler of Sri Lanka.

One day, while he was performing emergency surgery on a woman of Pallava descent with an infected wound on her leg, he pricked his finger and Tamil Blood was introduced into his system. Thus, it is proven that King Buddhadasa was also a Tamil Blooded King.

Pawan,

I don't know how you pass your exams. I never asked you for the origin of Kasyapas name. You should learn to answer the question only. :))))
