Kashyappas' biological mother was a Tamil Pallava woman, that's why I said that he was a Tamil blooded King. Pallavas were a Tamil dynasty who ruled Tamil Nadu.

What is the meaning of Muta and Nampiya in the Sinhala language.

In Tamil Muta means elder or first born son. Nampiya means the believer.
