If Karu's voice is purely for innocent Tamils, it should be welcomed by all humanitarian activists like me. I think that there may be some political advantages and sympathy towards LTTE. Why Karu had failed to condemn the genocides carried out by LTTE over the muslims and sinhalese during last decades.
HOWEVER:
Both Parties in the war should be vigilant about civilian
targets and settlements with the adoption of war related international laws.
