When newly elected parliamentarian Vinayagamoorthi Muralidaran voted for the extension of the State of Emergency, a member of the Opposition TNA group was heard shouting Aiyo evoking laughter among some of the government benches. Some government members were heard shouting 'Don t lament. He is now in the democratic mainstream.' |
