SLA will halt on assault on Kilinochci for the time being. But they will keep moving forward along A-32, now they are just 9km south of Nallur.

what the point noted is that India successfully blocked/blocks any UN initiation to intervene directly into the ethnic conflict on behalf of you ppl.
as the way the things are moving India should stop supporting this genocidal war.

Its a request to 'excercise restraint so that civilians are not harmed!'. or something to that effect.
Not to restrain from action against LTTE!-I think you trying to say 'refrain' -
