Bilateral meeting can happen in a International forum meet where everyone will be there..

Bilateral visit is only between two conuntry heads...
So which countries have banned MR from a 'bilateral visit'. Can you provide links to any statements/press releases to that effect?

Don't some western govts claim that VP is also guilty of all of these things too?

NO, they are repeating what the govt said while hiding behind the name *socialist democratic republic of srilanka* while a UN member..

not any more... the same western world wants an independent international inquiry into all those crimes NOW...

so ...remove VP from the interpol most wanted criminal list and charge mahinda govt for the genocide of Tamils..

Chennaiguy:

For you mumbai and delhi maybe a foreign country. But to us Colombo, Jaffna and killinochchi all belong to our country.

Do you want me to point out that entier TN is a public toilet? You were talking about garbage in colombo while entier TN is an open public toilet.
