india should charge the govt for genocide ,crimes against humanity and for the ethnic cleansing.

for the genocide of tamils, crimes against humanity (ie murders, tortures, summury arbitary killings, extra judicial killings).

Bilateral meeting can happen in a International forum meet where everyone will be there..

Bilateral visit is only between two conuntry heads...
