Good man, too bad he chose to be with a bunch pathetic cowards, who bark at the moon for this, that and everything!
He'll always be remembered and most importantly he'll finally be at peace now!

I got a chance to meet and shake Janaka Perera's hand when he was in Australia, and i got to listen to him when he gave his first speech when he first arrived here... We also got to meet him and his wife a several times more afterwards...
And though i'm not agreeing with his political views, and i've heard stories about his leadership while he was heading the Army, he still fought for our country and i still salute him for his long service to Sri Lanka! |
