| Because govt is not happy sending food to people in ltte controlled places. they are allowing this after the pressure exerted by IC AND UN. so now they are doing this kind of delaying tactics. one stone two mangoes. delaying the food reaching vanni and discrediting tigers in the eyes of the world |

Goat and Ponnaseka said the war will be over by the end of this year. I wonder why they want another huge defence budget for next year when the LTTE is no more.LOL
