At least one of the civilians killed was at his house in the vicinity. Most of the bombs missed their targets and the SLAF bombers disappeared from the sky as they came under LTTE anti-aircraft fire.

Well... if at least one Peelamist died it was not a miss in my eyes.... bet he was no civialn.. What was he doing near a known SLAF target?

apply the same logic in the case of diaspora and the ltte/.
