They not only targets the Administration, also targetting mainly the Thamils people.
FUNseka and RazaFOX are planning to kill the Thamils in Wanni. however it is not going to workout. They have to think about the Re-action of Tigers! it's side effect shuold be in a top level.

How come Kallathonies become natives...??

Where do Karawe people come from? They are Indians who came here as mercenaries. Nowadays they are considered to be Sinhalese having assimilated themselves into the majority community. Ar Karawes also kallathonies? Migration happens all over the world. From the second generation onwards all incoming peoples are considered equals in any civilised nation.
