OMANTHE: WITHIN a matter of twelve hours after the first food lorry with C-4 explosives and batteries was detected at OMANTHAI, one more lorry which was attempting to smuggle twenty-two Global Positioning System (GPS) equipment for use of Tiger terrorists, concealed in jaggery sacks, was taken into custody on Wednesday (01) evening at about 4.30 pm when it was set to leave for Kilinochchi.

Mahinda Rajapakse Govt. is today entering Kilinochchi violating the fundamental condition that empowers the Provincial Councils system secured for the Tamil people by India in 1987 to divide the North and East .

In the circumstances, the question posed by Tamil nadu Jayalalitha and Senior Tamil political Leader Ananda Sangaree, staunch LTTE opponents, is how India can turn a blind eye to this Tamil problem now ?

Democratically elected Govt of Sri Lanka has sovereign right to administer any city/town in its territory. The Govt of Mahinda Rajapakse is attempting to do just that. Northern Provincial Council is not formed as yet and, to do so, Terras need to be flushed out first.

India is a bully never responded to Sri Lanka's needs and only attempted to cover its back in front of int'l community

If India is genuinely interested in Tamil welfare they should not have armed them but have engaged the Sri Lankan Govt. 25 years ago. The India is to create failed states so that it can survive by keep its nose above water....

India's in the thick of it. Its they who pushed the SLA to capture Tamil areas otherwise these SLA modayas would still be snoring in their mud huts.
The 3000+ strong 'Security' contingent brought by Manmohan Singh to SAARC of sh*t, never returned to India but headed up North to join another 3000 or so of their compatriots already deployed in Jaffna and Vanni.
It was the India troops who are commanding the current wave of attacks. Tigers have captured a few, some of the injured have been airlifted to India.
So the GOSLow arse-lickers should thank India for capturing Tiger territory. India has done the dirty on Tamils but at what price to your SL independence and territorial integrity...
