Accountability is a hallmark of a professional army. Well said and it of course should be in all matters. Have a look at LTTE they do not even take the responsibility of suicide bombing, how pathetic.
Rumors are that their line of command has fallen apart all the cadres in the south is going astray. |

Easy to convince the Intl communities such as NORWAY and other scandanavian countries...who are sympathetic..
Create havoc in the country through communal violence...
Easy to convince the moderate tamils living here and outside...
