Devolution and 13th amendment will be useful ONLY if every province can pay their expenses and if they have income.
Otherwise, All the regional govts are dependent on the central govts even to pay salaries, cars for ministers and everything provincial councils will be another burden on the country.
With the 13th amendment govt should give the responsibility of earning money to those provinces which will create more imparity among provinces.
So, tamils are taking Sri Lanka to a non-viable state. |

What GOSLshould have talked this long was not whether to implement 13th amendment or not.
what kind of govt we need. AT present, we have a hugh parliament and they are doing nothing. WE create more more regional parliaments and more politicians what for. Money comes from the same place.
APRC should get together and discuss feasibility of implementing 13th amendment financially.
Otherwise, all are naked kings and seven beggars boiling the soup. |

Not only LTTE is banned, their assets and assets of affiliated organizations such as TRO should be impounded in order to recover the destruction they caused.
That includes bank accounts of LTTE agents and the businesses in the South.
just overall shows LTTE has 300 ,000,000.00 US dollar turnover but in real the amount is much bigger and multiple .your rupees make no worth .i could buy color printer and provide the amount you need - lol

what about gota, basil and fonseka going to the US where they deposited lots of money while karuna the key wittiness is jailed in the UK?? now these 3 criminals could not kill off the key wittiness and be used when needed!
i was hearing that there were some progress bringing these culprits TRIO-GANG to books in US but this was well before Karuna implicates these guys , now i think there will be more option left open for TAMILS , as long as they are not US citizen the case could be begin in UK and the court orders could be sent to them to US , this is not sure to me , but for the TRI-GANG not going be easy for them to enjoy the blood money .
