Article: Sri Lanka's devolution proposal gets slammed
Saturday, 26 January 2008 - 4:34 AM SL Time

it is the side show sangary and a party leader of one member who stuck the knife into it, NOT douglas this time,,

Tamil United Liberation Front (TULF) president V. Anandasangaree said: 'The 13th amendment of 1987 was a treatment for ulcer. But 20 years down the line, the ulcer has become cancer. We now need a medicine for cancer, not ulcer.'

what you say may b correct for swiss & india. Countries like canada, UK, australia...most tamils are with PR status & citizenship.

yeh ask them about a free ride without a visa to a western country ???. where the hell on earth that happened? hikzz lol some have cut and made bruses to defend them in the courts.. lolzz . thanks to ranil and UNP thugs who helped them ..if you really get into the refugee files or assylum cases you can see how much they go around the soft immigration laws in EU and other countries had in that time..
